This pin is made on a guitar pick that has a sugar skull with a gorgeous flower crown, and she is holding a heart. 

The pick is 1.25 inches long from the top to bottom and 1 inch at it's widest point. On the back of the pick I secured a lapel pin with a butterfly clutch backing.
