These earrings are made on guitar picks featuring a reindeer. I used stainless steel chain to dangle three jingle bells - one red, one blue and one green - from each earring. Yes, they really do jingle! It is the soft jingle that is associated - at least for me - with sleigh bells.
They are 3.5 inches long from the top of of the ear wire curve to the very bottom of the whole earring, and they have stainless steel earwires (nickel free, hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant). To get an idea of how long the earrings will be on you, start from where your ear is pierced and measure down.
