These are made on 30 Seconds to Mars guitar picks. They are real guitar picks. I used stainless steel chain to dangle a 10mm red pave bead from each earring.
They are 3.75 inches long from the top of the ear wire curve to the very bottom of the whole earring, and they have stainless steel earwires (nickel free, hypoallergenic, not likely to tarnish). To get an idea of how long the earrings will be on you, start from where your ear is pierced and measure down.
