Perhaps it is a splitting headache? ;)
This pin is made with a holographic guitar pick. This pick goes from just a regular person to the skin splitting down the middle and exposing the brain. It is really difficult to photograph so that you can see the full extent of the "movement" on the pick, but I did my best :)
The pick is 1.25 inches long from the top to bottom and 1 inch at it's widest point. On the back of the pick I secured a lapel pin with a butterfly clutch backing.
